Landlord/Tenant

To prepare for Landlord or Tenant cases you will need:

Names and addresses of both the landlord(s) and the tenant(s).
The address of the rented property.
The last day rent was paid.
The monthly rent amount.
The names of any sub-tenant(s) living at the property.
The amount of rent that is past due.
The date the rent became past due.
