Idaho Industrial Commission

 

The Industrial Commission regulates workers' compensation activities in Idaho, including companies licensed to issue workers' compensation policies; settles disputes between injured workers and insurers; decides appeals of unemployment decisions from the Idaho Department of Commerce & Labor; ensures that employers have workers' compensation coverage as required by law; provides no-cost rehabilitation services to Idaho workers injured on the job; and provides compensation to innocent victims of crime through the Crime Victims Compensation Program.
